Launching soon, this 12-week program is designed for basketball and netball athletes who need to combine explosive speed with sustained strength. It’s about building a body that moves fluidly, reacts quickly, and withstands the demands of a long season.

Key Areas:
→ Speed development: athleticism, acceleration, agility, quick feet, and change of direction
→Strength training for power, balance, and injury prevention
→Plyometric and jump work for tissue resiliency that enhances vertical and rebounding strength and power
→Conditioning, mobility, and recovery tailored to court sports

The goal: Move faster, react quicker, and stay stronger for longer—whether you’re under the basket, driving to the hoop, or pushing through four quarters on the court.
