PROGRESSIVE DEVELOPMENT
Each week strategically alternates between strength, power, speed, and recovery sessions. You’ll progressively build capacity while learning proper movement mechanics that transfer directly to your sport.

Summer of Strength is designed for youth athletes ages [specify range]. All sessions are coached with age-appropriate progressions.
What should my athlete bring?
Athletic clothing, proper training shoes (no running-only shoes), water bottle, and a positive attitude ready to work.
What does the testing battery include?
