What exactly is included in the 12-week program?
You receive a complete, professionally designed 12-week strength & conditioning program specific to your sport, delivered through the MTE App, including exercise videos, session tracking, and weekly progressions. An MTE high-performance coach assigns and oversees your program.
Who designs the programs?
All programs are designed by MTE high-performance coaches who specialise in youth athletic development across Rugby League, Rugby Union, Soccer, Netball, and Basketball.
Is this program suitable for all ages?
Yes. Our programs are built for athletes aged 12+ , with progressions that are safe, structured, and age-appropriate. The training adapts to different age groups and experience levels.
Do I need access to a gym?
Ideally, yes. The program uses basic gym equipment (dumbbells, barbells, machines). However, we can help athletes adjust exercises if their gym setup is limited.
How do I access the program?
Simply download the MTE App, create your profile, and your sport-specific program will be assigned directly to you by an MTE coach.
Can I choose more than one program?
Yes. If you play multiple sports or want to target different seasons, you can purchase additional programs at any time.
What happens after the 12 weeks?
You can continue your training with an MTE App Membership for just $1 a day. This will give you access to numerous training programs plus modules focusing on nutrition, recovery, mindset + more!
